Terms and Conditions

1. ALL delivery made are free of charge unless stated.
2. ALL shipments will arrive in about a week except when there are public holidays.(Don’t worry, we will mention how long does it take to deliver to your address in the email.) 
3. ALL pre-orders products will take in about 20 days. (So shop early!!)
4. Items are refundable within 3 working days.
   
5. Payment should be made within three days your email has been replied.
6. Products are ready stock unless stated.
7. Items are definitely limited, so out of stock items might not be taken out in time from posts.
8. If you're still interested in the ran-out-of-ready stock product, pre orders are available.
   (Needs to enquire whether pre order available or not)
9. Please use the same details everytime you place an order, we keep tracks of our customers to provide  privellages and discounts by sending codes to emails.
10. Payment by installment: NO refunds can be made if you want to back out your purchase and you will be blacklisted.
11. Customers who back out more than three times after placing an order also will be blacklisted.
12. Stock clearance and Special discounts items are not refundable.
13. Items are only refundable if there are suspected to be fraud.
14. The price may differ due to cost difference everytime (We will try to update as soon as possible the cost is changing as we want to keep our price as low as possible too)
